Differences in the workplace come in various forms such as race, gender, sexual preference, disabilities, and many more.
The value of diversity is its ability to provide an opportunity to strengthen our development as a society. Without diversity, everyone would have too many similarities in their backgrounds, beliefs, and ideas. There would be no creativity and no room for growth or change. A place of work without creativity or change cannot thrive successfully.
